Dr. Zhenyu Wang is a research assistant professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering & Simulation Innovation and Modeling Center at The Ohio State University. His research focuses on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) applications  in automotive, aerospace and energy sectors. He received his Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University in 2015. He has published multiple peer-reviewed papers in the journals such as Applied Energy, Energy Conversion and Management, Energy and Experiments in Fluids. He is the recipient of First Place of Research Poster Competition in Iowa Wind Energy Association Conference in 2014, Best Paper of Practical Use of Simulation Technology at the NAFEMS World Congress in 2017 and First Place in The Art-in-Science Competition at 43rd Dayton-Cincinnati Aerospace Sciences Symposium in 2018.
