Martijn IJtsma is an assistant professor in the Integrated Systems Engineering department at the Ohio State University. He received the BSc and MSc degrees in aerospace engineering from the Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands, and the PhD degree in aerospace engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta. His research focuses on the development and application of computational models of work and teams to facilitate and improve the design of multi-agent sociotechnical systems. The current domains of practice for his research include air traffic control and manned spaceflight operations.
