Kevin Herminghuysen is from Van Wert, Ohio and is a Senior Researcher and a licensed senior reactor operator at The Ohio State University Nuclear Reactor Laboratory. He is active in day-to-day reactor and laboratory operations and participates in the research and education activities of the lab. He attended The Ohio State University for both his undergraduate and graduate studies.  Kevin started his career here at The Ohio State Nuclear Reactor Laboratory in 1993.  In 1998, he moved to Connecticut and was a Senior Nuclear Engineer at Westinghouse Electric Company.  He then decided to move back to Columbus in 2005 and has been working at the OSU-NRL since. Kevin has multiple publications and a vast array of research under his belt.
