Mike Fleming Graduated Fostoria High School in 1992. He served in The United States Marine Corp. After the Marine Corps he started his Aviation career in rebuild and restoration of GA aircraft. Mike has Worked in GA for 22 years as a Team lead, Supervisor, Manager, and Company Owner with a variety of business in Ohio. Mike has experience with a variety of Twin and Single engine GA aircraft. Mike is also Cirrus Factory Trained in Maintenance, structural repair and CAPS replacement. Currently Mike Fleming is the Lead Maintenance supervisor for The Ohio State University Aircraft Maintenance Department.


  • General Aviation Aircraft/Engine: Extensive experience working on Cessna 100, 200, 300, and 400 series, Beechcraft 33, 35, 36, and 55 series, Cirrus all SR series, Mooney, Piper, Grumman, and Columbia Aircraft. Ram, Continental, and Tornado Alley turbo systems.
  • Extensive experience working with and Factory trained on Airframe Sheetmetal, Fabric, and Composite Structures.
  • Extensive working experience with four and six cylinder Continental and Lycoming piston and Turbo Charged engines.
  • Cirrus Aircraft: Factory Trained and Extensive experience with Maintenance, Structural Repair, and CAPS replacement.
