Dr. Siddharth Baskar is a Research Associate Engineer-2 in the Electrical and Computer Engineering department at The Ohio State University. He specializes in the development of wearable sensors for continuous physiological monitoring. Dr. Baskar earned his Master’s and Doctorate of Philosophy degrees in Electrical Engineering from OSU in 2013 and 2017, respectively, under the guidance of Professor Emre Ertin.

As a hardware engineer for the Sense Lab group, Dr. Baskar performs a variety of tasks, including brainstorming sensing frontends and form-factor for the end product, procuring necessary components for the fabrication of the build, and overseeing the assembly and testing of the sensing hardware.
